What more can one add to the olympus magnitude of DAVE CLARKE‘s resume of electronic music history? With over 25 years making magic in the industry, he is one of the leaders in the international techno circus, helping to re-write the qualities of the post-punk generation through the purist of techno and electro styles among a world of fast-selling chart crossover target marketing schemes – he remains an outsider and alternative musician of the best kind.

Over the years, DAVE CLARKE‘s nights in our home have gained legendary status, not to be missed. Dave’s set will be bookended with solid sets by Tresor resident T.A.G. and Dinamite: the Spanish DJ’s set immerses us in a space trip dominated by hypnotic and heavy electronic environments in the same harmonic code, intelligible techno ruled by a musical selection capability only available for accurately and experienced ears.

On the Globus Floor: returning artist SERGE is the owner and founder of Clone records, a long-running techno label with an array of international artists. Since the early 90s he has been one of the influential Dutch underground DJs and and is well known for his versatile DJ sets and the shit-hot records he is playing. SERGE is one of those DJs who doesn’t care about trends or hypes and just plays some great music ranging from house, techno, disco and electro. JACK HAIGHTON is also a returning DJ to our club, a UK DJ settled in Berlin, label manager @ ever-evolving Hotlfush Recordings, and can deliver a definitely dancefloor-friendly house set with enough gorgeous knocked-around corners to keep your pricked ears listening.

Norman Methner also returns to the decks: his first appearance in the music biz was when he started as an intern at the Sonarkollektiv in 2003. During his internshipment his path crossed with that of none other than DJ Hell and Norman saw an opportunity not to be missed and promptly negotiated his next career move: enriching the ranks at Gigolo for more then 6 years.

Acquiring a formidable music collection, listeners of JACK HAIGHTON‘s DJ sets will be very likely to meet good old friends of disco, house, acid, chicago & detroit genres to keep boredom far away and keep the floor moving.ARTHUR KIMKSII from L.A.G. Berlin rounds out your Saturday Globus party.
